Who you’ll be working with

I’m a coach and people leader with more than a decade of experience helping people navigate change, growth, and what comes next. I’ve spent my career at organizations including Amazon and Rivian, working with leaders and teams through periods of change and complexity. I’ve always been most interested in the human side of the work — what matters to people, what holds us back, and what helps us move forward.

That curiosity is what brought me to coaching. I believe you know more than you think you do, and my role isn’t to give you the answers. It’s to create space to slow down, get curious, see things differently, and figure out what feels right for you.

I’m also a mom of two, a wife, and proudly queer. Those parts of who I am have shaped how I think about identity, ambition, relationships, parenthood, and what it means to create a life that feels like your own. They’re also part of why I feel especially connected to women, LGBTQIA+ people, and parents navigating their own seasons of change. I bring that perspective, along with warmth, honesty, curiosity, and humor, to my coaching.

I hold a BA in Human Resources Management from Michigan State University, am a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, and am currently completing my professional coach training and working toward certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
